I. Overview
DTZ-01 Thermocouple and resistance temperature tetector automatic calibration system is mainly used for automatic verification and calibration of temperature sensors such as working thermocouples, industrial thermal resistors, glass liquid thermometers, bimetallic thermometers, and pressure thermometers. The system controls 1-10 verification furnaces at the same time, and each verification furnace can verify 10 thermocouples at a time; it supports group verification of various industrial platinum and copper thermal resistors, and can verify 100 thermal resistors at a time to meet the requirements of short-term batch testing. This system adopts many technological innovations of our company. The system software and hardware technologies are independently developed by our company and have complete independent intellectual property rights. It has a series of characteristics such as advanced design, reasonable structure, complete system software functions, convenient operation, accurate and reliable value transmission, strong anti-interference ability, and flexible configuration. It can automatically realize the functions of data acquisition, data processing, data storage and generation of verification/calibration certificates, improve efficiency, and the software and hardware are independently developed by the company and have complete independent intellectual property rights. It adopts many technological innovations to provide customers with all-round technical guarantees.
Ⅱ.Verification Items
1、Support automatic verification/calibration of first-class (S, R, B) standard couples, second-class (S, R, B) standard couples, and working thermocouples (S, R, short S, short R, B, K, N, E, J, T, EA-2, WRe3-WRe25, WRe5-WRe26);
2、Support automatic verification/calibration of various industrial platinum and copper thermal resistors (Pt100, Pt10, Pt-X, Cu50, Cu100, Cu-X, BA1, BA2) and integrated temperature transmitters (0-10mA, 4-20mA, 1-5V);
3、Support automatic verification/calibration of thermocouple wires (SP, SN, RP, RN, BP, BN, KP, KN, NP, NN, JP, JN, EP, EN, TP, TN);
4、The system software supports S-type, R-type, B-type, and T-type standard thermocouples and standard platinum resistance;
5、Supports secondary calibration function for Class I S type, Class I R type and Class II B type working precious metal thermocouples, and issues a summary result report based on the two calibration records;
6、Can calibrate/calibrate glass liquid thermometers, bimetallic thermometers, pressure thermometers, etc. through human-machine combination, automatically process data, and generate record tables;

VI. General Functions of the System 

1. The system software supports single furnace low potential scanner, double furnace low potential scanner, and group furnace low potential scanner. 
2. Supports communication protocols of various models of imported digital meters and high-precision thermometers. 
3. The system software supports independent selection of different types of calibration furnaces and standards at the same time. 
4. The system supports constant temperature sources from different manufacturers, and can independently select the constant temperature source temperature control mode. 
5. Supports providing a variety of thermocouple reference end processing methods, supports zero-degree thermostat compensation or automatic room temperature compensation. 
6. Supports the selection of standard couples for temperature control to improve temperature control accuracy, temperature control speed and temperature control stability. 
7. The system software has power-off protection and continuous inspection prompt functions. After power is restored, you can choose whether to continue verification/calibration. 
8. The system software has strong inspection function and over-temperature protection function, which is convenient for customers to test diversified specific needs. 
9. The system adopts advanced professional PID algorithm, supports automatic adjustment of calibration furnace PID, and automatically saves parameters after adjustment. 
10. The system software supports multimedia sound alarms, intelligent prompts when starting and running during the detection process, and when the calibration is completed and in error state. 
11. It supports automatic channel inspection and screening functions, and prompts for abnormal data content after the channel inspection is completed.

13. After the calibration is completed, the calibration data is automatically saved to the database. 
14. It supports group calibration/calibration function, calibrating 100 pieces at a time, and calibrating/calibrating various industrial platinum and copper thermal resistors (Pt10, Pt100, Pt-X, Cu50, Cu100, Cu-X) in 10 groups to improve detection efficiency. 
15. It supports transmitter (0-10mA, 4-20mA/1-5V, etc.) information entry, temperature upper limit, temperature lower limit, accuracy, compensation wire, and current transmitter load resistance is 250 ohms. 
16. Support mixed verification/calibration function. Each verification furnace can set the verification scale and the number of tests separately. In addition, the same verification furnace can verify/calibrate cheap or precious metal thermocouples with different scales, automatically process data and determine the results. 
17. Support summary display of the operation status information of multiple verification furnaces, convenient for viewing and managing the verification process, and can view the current temperature, set temperature, temperature change rate and current process of the verification furnace.
18. Support fully automatic verification, realize automatic temperature control, data monitoring, data collection and data processing, automatically generate various reports and save records after verification; support retrieval query through database. 
19. The system is superior to the requirements of JJF1098-2003 "Calibration Specifications for Thermocouple and Thermal Resistance Automatic Measurement System".

VII. Professional and Technical Fatures

1. Supports calibration according to American standards, and complies with the requirements of American standard "AMS2750F Aerospace Material Specification High Temperature Measurement" and ATSM American Material Standard ATSM E230/E230M-23. 
2. Supports combined calibration of thermocouple low temperature section and high temperature section, automatically selects constant temperature source and standard device, and automatically merges original reports; automatically selects standard platinum resistance as standard device below 300℃, and automatically selects standard thermocouple in high temperature zone, without manual modification of standard device type. 
3. The content of the inspected information title can be customized; the inspected information title items are rich (factory number, specification model, manufacturer, inspection unit, appearance, inspection date, insulation resistance, management category, special management) and can be selected and defined independently to meet the needs of different customers. 
4. Intelligent retrieval function: One-click intelligent retrieval can be performed based on the inspected sensor information (calibration completion time, calibration category, graduation number, grade, calibration certificate number, whether qualified) and other items. 
5. Supports customized setting function of the level of the inspected sensor, which is convenient for customers to screen the accuracy of the sensor. 
6. Quick copy function: After opening the original calibration record, it can be quickly copied to the inspected information with one click. 
7. Compensation wire database management function, pre-fabricate compensation wire correction parameters, quickly select compensation wire according to the number and automatically enter the correction value. 
8. According to the tolerance calculation method in the regulations, the corresponding tolerance is automatically generated when adding the measurement temperature point outside the regulations.
After the calibration is completed, the thermocouple level is automatically determined according to the error of the inspected thermocouple. 
9. Automatically update the inspected diameter information after checking the armor. 
10. Supports free setting of 10 temperature detection points, and the high and low temperature detection points can automatically switch between the standard and the constant temperature source. 
11. During the calibration process, the system software has the function of automatic correction of temperature control deviation; ensure the data accuracy of the detection process. 
12. During the calibration process, the results can be selectively prompted according to the options of unqualified inspected data and poor data repeatability. 
13. Equipped with PC-side Testo thermal calculator software/WeChat APP applet, it can realize automatic temperature calculation of various commonly used sensors such as working thermocouples, industrial thermal resistors, standard thermocouples, standard platinum resistances, temperature transmitters, thermistors, etc. 

Professional report and custom certificate functions

1. Automatically generate verification, calibration, and custom original verification record forms. 
2. The verification record form can be custom named to facilitate quick search of original identification records of different types and contents. 
3. Supports modification of the original verification record form with traces, automatically calculates the verification conclusion after modifying the original data, and automatically records and saves the modified data records to the data for subsequent review and tracing. 
4. After the verification is completed, a Word certificate in a standardized format can be automatically issued. 
5. The function of previewing Word verification/calibration certificates can be used. 
6. Customized Word certificate templates, customers can customize word certificate information. 

Uncertainty analysis and evaluation 

1. Supports automatic calculation of uncertainty of thermocouples and thermal resistors, displays uncertainty component summary table and supports viewing the entire calculation process of each component. 
2. Equipped with professional uncertainty repeatability automatic test software. 
3. Supports automatic testing and verification of system thermocouples, low-temperature thermocouples, and thermal resistor repeatability; supports use as a standardization tool to generate uncertainty component summary table and uncertainty evaluation report in Word format. 
4. Supports PC-side Testo thermal calculator software/WeChat applet, providing a variety of commonly used calculation formulas for industrial thermocouples, industrial thermal resistors, standard thermocouples, standard thermal resistors, temperature transmitters, and thermistors.
