Introduction

DTZ-NTC Thermistor Automatic Detection System is mainly used for automatic verification/calibration of various thermistor sensors. The system is controlled by a computer with multi-channel low-potential scanners, digital multimeters, constant temperature oil (water) tanks and other equipment to realize fully automatic testing equipment for NTC thermistor data acquisition, data processing, report generation, printing, and data storage. In order to better test thermistors, the NTC thermistor automatic test system developed by Taian Detu supports automatic testing of NTC thermistors with different nominal resistances and B value ranges at the same time.

     NTC Thermistor detection system is the abbreviation of English Negative Temperature Coefficient, which means negative temperature coefficient. The resistance value of an NTC thermistor decreases with increasing temperature. Using this feature, it can be made into temperature measurement, temperature compensation and temperature control components, as well as power components, to suppress the surge current of the circuit, the thermistor has a wide range of uses in production and life.

Function

1. The system software is compatible with windows7, windows10, windows11 and other operating platforms, mouse click operation, convenient and quick; professional, easy-to-use, strong operability, open interface and compatible with supporting equipment of different manufacturers.

2. The system software can realize the thermistor multi-component group verification (as shown in the figure below)

3. Test temperature points can be set up to 8 different temperature points, to meet the requirements of the test

4. Can be carried out at the same time a variety of different ratios of thermistor test (as shown in the figure below)

6. The software can customize the record table title to meet the needs of users

7. Test data collection times can be changed according to test requirements (as shown below)

8.The software has a professional, rich report output function: automatically generate verification data record form, verification certificate or verification result notice, all forms, certificates can be exported and displayed in Excel, convenient for customers to operate. Form, certificate format can be designed according to customer requirements.
